For Morgan Taylor Homes, one of Arizona’s leading custom home builders, I designed a web interface combining a sophisticated editorial aesthetic with a customer-education-driven information architecture.

The primary challenge was simplifying a lengthy, complex buying journey. To solve this, I structured interactive visual guides detailing the building process, clear comparisons between service models (Semi-Custom vs. Tailored), and dedicated modules addressing budgets, lot selection, and finishes.

The outcome is an elegant, high-converting platform backed by categorized architectural interior galleries and strategic calls to action—a website that projects authority and converts visual interest into qualified client inquiries.
